Enterprise Business Analyst

Key Essential Functions/Duties: Support internal end-users on the use of Roskam’s enterprise reporting systems Design and implement scalable data pipelines and architectures using ETL/ELT processes, integrating a variety of data sources into a coherent data warehouse or data lake, employing tools and languages such as SQL, DAX, Python, and C# Perform advanced data analysis to identify inefficiencies, anomalies, and areas for improvement in data processing and storage, to enhance data quality and performance. Collaborate closely with teams to maintain, improve, and secure robust data storage solutions on premises and in cloud platforms. Participate in initiatives to implement data governance, quality standards, and data lifecycle management practices, promoting a culture of data-driven decision making and optimizing data systems for performance and scalability. Serve as a liaison between IT and users/stakeholders Participate in an on-call rotation in a 24x7x365 work environment (approximately 1 week on/7-8 weeks off) Roskam Foods offers a competitive compensation package that includes medical, dental, and vision benefits, tuition reimbursement, life and disability insurance, and a 401 (k) plan with company match.
