- $75,000-85,000/year depending on experience

- Spend 70% of your time on the production floor leading QC Inspectors
- Conduct GMP, ATP, allergen, and sanitation swab checks
- Collaborate with Production, Sanitation, and Maintenance teams
- Interact with USDA and regulatory personnel during audits
- Review daily records in SafetyChain and Smartfood Safe
- Manage training in Absorb and scheduling/timecards in UKG
- Lead investigations for complaints or food safety deviations
- Oversee environmental monitoring (APC, Zone 2/3 swabs)
- Drive continuous improvement and coach for food safety culture
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- 2–3 years’ experience in food manufacturing QC/QA or supervisory role
- Strong understanding of HACCP, GMPs, USDA/FDA standards
- Familiarity with SafetyChain, Smartfood Safe, UKG preferred
- Solid leadership, coaching, and floor presence
- Comfortable working in a cold, wet, fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in cold, loud, and humid environments
- Use of smell, sight, and taste daily for quality assurance
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
