Rosina Food Products is seeking a motivated and collaborative Human Resources Generalist to support our fast-paced Operations teams, including Production, Maintenance, Quality Assurance, and Warehousing.

What You’ll Do
- Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to Associates and managers
- Support recruiting, onboarding, and orientation to ensure a strong employee experience
- Administer benefits, FMLA, ADA accommodations, workers’ compensation, and leaves
- Coordinate temporary staffing activities
- Conduct fair, thorough internal investigations
- Support performance management and discipline processes
- Maintain accurate HR records and reporting
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations leadership
- Assist with associate engagement events and retention initiatives
- 2–4 years of progressive HR experience
- Associate’s degree (preferred) in HR or related field
- Strong understanding of federal and state labor regulations
- Experience supporting employee relations and workplace investigations
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office
- Established, stable manufacturing organization
- Competitive Compensation $62,400-$65,000/yr 10% yearly BONUS
