Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities vary by family, but typically include:
- Provide safe, attentive care for infants, toddlers, or school-age children
- Plan fun and engaging activities (indoor and outdoor)
- Help with daily routines like meals, naps, school pick-ups, or bedtime
- Communicate clearly with parents about schedules, needs, and updates
- Show up reliable, warm, and professional
Job Requirements
- 18 years old
- 1,500 hours of paid childcare experience
- Stayed with a family/employer for at least 6 months
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to get certified)
- Are reliable, kind, and passionate about working with children
