About Rosie
Rosie is a Seattle-based service connecting families with trusted helpers we call Rosie Pros. Pros support busy households with childcare, laundry, meal prep, house resets, organization, and more. We handle the matching and coordination so you can focus on the work itself.

What you'll do
You'll work with families in and around Bellevue, helping with light childcare and household support. One day might be school pickup and homework help, another might be meal prep and a quick house reset. Families share their routines and preferences through Rosie ahead of time, so you walk in prepared.

Our onboarding process
We keep it simple and move quickly, so you can start picking up sessions soon after you apply.

• Online intake and application: Share a bit about yourself, your experience with kids and households, and your availability. It only takes a few minutes.
• Assessment: Meet with our team in person or virtually, whichever works better for you. This is a chance for us to get to know you and for you to ask us anything about being a Rosie Pro.
• Paid onboarding: Once you're in, you'll complete onboarding and training, and you'll get paid for that time. You'll learn how Rosie works, what families expect, and how we support you on every session.

After onboarding, Rosie starts matching you with families whose schedules fit yours.
