Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and assist with meal assembly according to established recipes and standards
- Manage prep lists and ensure ingredients are stocked and ready for service
- Cook a variety of dishes with precision, ensuring proper food handling and safety protocols are followed
- Support menu planning by suggesting creative ideas and ensuring ingredient availability
- Maintain cleanliness, organization and adherence to food safety regulations at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours
- Handle food storage, rotation, and inventory management efficiently
Requirements
- Previous cooking experience preferred
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask and work efficeintly during busy service periods
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
