Job Summary

Responsible for ensuring compliance with company Federal, State, and intercompany regulatory requirements. Responsible for application creation, updating, and submission of all applications.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Implements, and maintains internal controls, standard operating procedures, and regulations for state and federal agencies.
• Performs daily audits and audit follow-up for transaction monitoring and guest verification.
• At the direction of the Director, corresponds and communicates with state regulators.
• Reviews and completes regulatory compliance activities.
• Reviews and communicates with Security and Surveillance Departments pertaining to procedures and policies.
• Demonstrates knowledge of state, local, and federal laws pertaining to gaming and business operations.
• Meets FinCEN and OFAC requirements and filings.
• Tracks, records, and displays all applicable licenses and permits essential for operations.
• Meets with departmental directors and managers as necessary.
• Reviews and interpret unusual transactions and files for suspicious activity reports.
• Maintains CTR and SAR activity, audit guest profiles, and maintains daily transaction and audit logs.
• May produce or teach training materials to meet compliance requirements as directed.
• Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information in accordance with established procedures with company policy and state regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

Required Skills And Abilities

• Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
• Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team
• Ability to deal with both guests and fellow Team Members in a professional and courteous manner, promoting positive customer relations for all by providing prompt, courteous, and efficient service.
  
  

Education And Experience

• Bachelor's degree plus or three (3) to (5) years of experience in compliance, audit, legal, finance, or risk management; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant upper-level management experience. Other combinations of education and experience may be considered.
• Must obtain a valid racing license, where applicable.
• Required to hold a valid Driver’s License with a minimum of three (3) years driving experience; must be able to drive company or personal vehicles; must provide proof of insurance; Motor Vehicle background check required.

• While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is frequently required to sit or stand; walk; use hands to finger reach, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear.
• The Team Member may also be required to lift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
• The Team Member is subjected to circulate throughout the assigned areas, including the smoking area, actively observing players and the functioning of machines.
• The Team Member may be required to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
