What You'll Be Doing
As General Manager, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and our customers leave with a smile. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and top-notch service.
- Leading and motivating the team to deliver excellent customer experiences.
- Managing budgets and financial performance, including inventory and cost controls.
- Maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness in line with company policies.
