What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sub Crew for Post Construction Cleaning position at Rosie's Cleaning Services?
We need a professional post‑construction cleaning crew to prepare a 3,000 sq ft Amazon space for turnover. Work includes heavy debris removal, dusting, detailed surface cleaning, floor, window and fixture cleaning. Project is expected to take 1 day.
Key responsibilities
- Remove construction debris and large trash.
- Thorough dust removal from ceilings, walls, HVAC vents, light fixtures, and ledges.
- Clean and sanitize all surfaces, counters, shelving, and fixtures.
- Sweep, vacuum, mop, and perform floor finish prep as required.
- Clean interior windows, glass doors, and mirrors.
- Detail bathrooms and break areas; remove stickers/labels from fixtures.
- Final inspection and punch‑list completion with project manager.
Qualifications and requirements
- Minimum crew of 2 people.
- Proven experience in post‑construction cleanings projects.
- Must provide own equipment and supplies (HEPA vacuums, ladders, cleaning chemicals, rags, mop).
- General liability insurance and workers’ compensation required; provide certificate of insurance.
- Must be able to provide W‑9 (subcontractor) and invoice upon completion.
- Total value of the job is $680. Paid after job is done and project manager signs.
