Position Overview
Rosie Cheeks Distillery is looking for energetic and outgoing Event Staff to represent our brand at events, festivals, and promotional events across the state of Maryland. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in social settings, enjoys engaging with large groups, and is motivated to drive sales in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Rosie Cheeks Distillery at events and promo/marketing events.
- Engage with customers in a friendly, confident, and professional manner
- Educate consumers about products and effectively communicate brand story
- Drive sales by promoting and selling products to individuals and large groups
- Set up, break down, and manage event stations and materials
- Travel to various event locations throughout Maryland
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting event space
- Communicate with team members and management to ensure smooth event execution
Qualifications & Skills
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking to and engaging with large groups of people
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to perform well under pressure
- Energetic, outgoing, and approachable personality
- Self-motivated “go-getter” attitude with eagerness to sell
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and willingness to drive extensively throughout Maryland
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Responsible and dependable
- TIPS certification is a plus
