- Diagnose water heater issues and perform troubleshooting
- Perform routine maintenance, flushing, and inspections
- Ensure work complies with local plumbing codes and safety standards
- Communicate clearly with customers about service needs, timelines, and pricing
- Maintain a clean service vehicle and manage parts inventory
- Accurately complete service documentation and job reports
- At least 1 year of plumbing or water heater installation and repair experience
- Familiarity with tank, tankless, gas, electric, and hybrid systems
- Knowledge of local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Plumbing license or apprenticeship preferred
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills
