Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate efforts across engineering, product, sales, marketing, and support teams for major releases.
- Develop and manage program schedules, milestones, and risk mitigation plans.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Translate requirements and ensure operational efficiencies, including GTM processes.
- Drive continuous improvement in workflows and identify dependencies and risks.
- 4 years in technology product program management, from concept to end-of-life.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Comfortable discussing technical trade-offs and explaining analyses to diverse stakeholders.
- Interest in AI technologies and process automation.
- Experience with GTM tech stacks, remote sensing, or geospatial systems.
- Experience working with global, remote teams and a growth mindset.
