- Educating customers on AE & Aerie products and making personalized product suggestions.
- Introducing the brand loyalty program and other channels to guests.
- Flexibly working across salesfloor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom zones.
- Proactively resolving guest concerns while adhering to company policies.
- Collaborating effectively with team members and demonstrating integrity.
- Enjoy interacting with people, energetic, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
- Passion for AE & Aerie products and previous retail experience preferred.
- Minimum age of 16 years.
