Summary

We are seeking experienced Senior Software Engineers to join our engineering team, working on systems that support a marketplace with over $1B in GMV and serving millions of families annually.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Leading development of revenue, growth, product, experience, platform, and infrastructure systems
• Driving process improvements, adopting AI-first development practices, and ensuring high code quality
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deploy scalable solutions
• Mentoring team members and making architectural decisions balancing speed, quality, and maintainability
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

• 6 years of experience delivering end-to-end solutions in fast-paced environments
• Proficiency in React, Ruby on Rails, or similar tech stacks (Python/Django, Node.js)
• Experience testing, monitoring, and maintaining production systems
• Passion for solving complex problems, improving team processes, and using AI coding tools
• Experience in e-commerce, adtech, or marketplace systems is a plus
