Collaborate with hardware teams to define interfaces, optimize zero-copy data paths, debug kernel concurrency issues, and contribute to open-source community efforts. Maintain build automation and ensure high-performance, scalable software for thousands of nodes with ultra-low latency.
Qualifications: BS/MS/Ph.D. in Computer Science or related field; 3 years experience in Linux kernel development, especially in high-speed networking protocols like RDMA and InfiniBand; strong understanding of PCIe, DMA, and hardware interfaces; proficiency in kernel debugging tools and scripting languages.
Preferred Skills: Contributions to upstream kernel.org projects, familiarity with storage protocols, and GPU-direct technologies.
