Job Title
Role: Registered Nurse in a high-risk OB unit, responsible for providing specialized patient care in triage, antepartum, LDR, and OR settings.
Responsibilities: Manage 5-14 patients daily, including inductions and high-risk antepartum cases. Float within scope to meet facility needs. Cover shifts primarily as a straight night shift, with schedule flips every 4 weeks if needed.
Qualifications & Skills: Requires AK RN license (pending OK, must be obtained within 48 hours for auto offer), BLS, ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate and Advanced, NRP certifications. Prefer charge experience or willingness to train. Must have at least 2 years of experience. No on-call required; weekend shifts every other week. Must be willing to work in a high-volume, dynamic environment.
Additional info: Guaranteed 60 hours every two weeks; potential to be called off for one 12-hour shift. No remote work or block scheduling; local candidates outside 50 miles preferred. RTO requests are considered individually.
