Role Overview
Manage a diverse client portfolio, acting as the primary point of contact and building strong client relationships.
Supervise tax professionals and assist in overseeing project risk, financial performance, billing, and budgets.
Deliver high-quality tax advice, assess tax impacts, develop supporting tax arguments, and recommend strategic plans to clients.
Contribute to market activities by representing the firm externally.
For Senior Managers, perform FAS 109 accounting for SEC and non-SEC clients and analyze U.S. GAAP rules affecting taxpayers.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum five years of corporate tax management experience, particularly in financial services, funds/private equity, or real estate.
Bachelor’s degree, with CPA, JD/LLM, or EA credentials preferred; candidates have one year to obtain approved credentials if not already possessed.
Expertise in corporate, partnership, and flow-through entity taxation, with proficiency in reviewing complex tax returns (1120, 1120S, 1065, REITs).
Strong knowledge of GAAP, C-Corp tax regulations, and ASC 740.
Excellent Communication Skills And Experience Managing Multiple Client Engagements.
Senior Managers should have at least eight years of recent corporate tax experience and strong research and writing abilities.
