Role Overview: This position supports the development, compilation, proofing, and communication of promotional events and advertisements for both corporate and independent retailers. Responsibilities include creating promotional programs, reviewing publications for accuracy, processing retailer advertising bills, and maintaining relationships with customers and vendors. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate promotion details, validating digital coupon data, and supporting merchandising strategies. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications & Skills: Candidates should have a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Graphic Arts, or equivalent, with at least three years of marketing experience, preferably in food, beverage, CPG, wholesale, or retail environments. Experience in grocery wholesale/retail is preferred. Strong communication, customer service, organizational, proofreading, and attention to detail skills are essential. Ability to meet deadlines and a good understanding of advertising, merchandising, sales, category management, and pricing practices are required.
Physical & Additional Requirements: Ability to lift/move up to 20 pounds, with frequent sitting, standing, and walking.
