- Prepare and oversee construction drawings for water, sewer, and storm drainage systems.
- Manage project teams to deliver design solutions meeting scope, schedule, and quality goals.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Serve as the primary client contact, maintaining effective communication throughout projects.
- Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for design development and execution.
- Monitor project scope, schedule, and budget; support proposal and planning efforts.
- Mentor junior engineers and team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and PE license.
- 7 years of civil engineering design and project management experience.
- Strong understanding of civil site design, water, sewer, and storm drainage systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
