Role Overview

As a Dining Server in a senior living community, you will deliver professional and timely meal service, creating a warm and welcoming environment for residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders using community systems
• Assist residents with menu selections and provide menu descriptions
• Bus and reset tables according to standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Complete side work, opening, and closing duties
• Participate in pre-meal meetings to review menu offerings
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control protocols
• Create positive connections and deliver excellent service during each shift

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to cleanliness and safety standards
• Experience in food service or hospitality preferred but not mandatory
