Role: Entry-level paper converting machine helper supporting retail converting operations.
Responsibilities: Assist with machine setup, operation, and maintenance; support production processes; ensure quality and safety standards are met; collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Key Duties: Operate and assist with paper converting machines; follow safety protocols; maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas; support overtime and shift requirements including shift differentials; contribute to efficient production processes.
Compensation & Benefits: Starting pay of $24.05/hr, overtime pay (time and one-half), double time on Sundays, and shift differentials.
