Part-Time Barista

Role Overview: The position involves providing an exceptional guest experience by preparing and serving high-quality Starbucks food and beverages, ensuring food safety and cleanliness standards are met, and supporting store operations.

• Responsibilities: Greet and assist guests, deliver a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, prepare handcrafted beverages and food according to recipes, manage food safety protocols, monitor inventory, and maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
• Support digital order fulfillment and drive-up services, ensure compliance with safety and food regulations, and handle transactions accurately.
• Engage with guests to meet their needs, resolve inquiries promptly, and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills: Prior food service experience preferred; excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; flexible with shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays; capable of lifting up to 44 pounds and working in varying temperatures; and comfortable operating technology and handling merchandise.
