Role: Lead a field crew responsible for operating, rigging up and down, and maintaining fluid pumps and associated oilfield equipment.

- Lead and coordinate crew activities during pumping operations.
- Perform rig-up/rig-down and ongoing maintenance of fluid pumps and related equipment.
- Oversee pumping operations and ensure safe, efficient performance.
- Conduct downhole calculations and interpret results to support operations.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and support repairs as needed.
- Ensure inspections are completed and required documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Follow all safety, customer, company, and DOT procedures.
- Valid Class A CDL.
- At least five years of related experience in fluid pumping/oilfield equipment operations.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting, calculations, and field leadership skills.
- Ability to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
