Customer Service & Communication: Provides exceptional guest experiences by addressing feedback, resolving issues, and fostering a guest-focused environment. Maintains clear communication with team and clients throughout events.
Human Resources & Leadership: Conducts staff performance appraisals, enforces safety procedures, and promotes open, collaborative relationships. Ensures staff understands expectations, provides feedback, and addresses concerns. Participates in training and corrective actions to improve team performance.
Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED with 2 years’ experience in event management or related fields. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and customer service skills are essential. Knowledge of food and beverage trends and event laws is beneficial.
