Electrician

Role Overview: This position involves performing maintenance work within the protein and salt business, supporting the development and implementation of systems, and promoting maintenance and reliability practices.

Responsibilities

• Execute tasks assigned by the supervisor, including identifying parts and follow-up work.
• Complete work orders with detailed descriptions, symptoms, and job feedback.
• Assist in developing and implementing new systems.
• Support safety, housekeeping, and organizational meetings.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and at least 18 years old.
• Minimum of 2 years industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong communication skills in English, with knowledge of local codes and regulations.
• Preferred: Associate degree in Electronic Engineering or extensive PLC/control system troubleshooting experience.
• Proficient in reading ladder diagrams, troubleshooting PLCs, electrical components, and understanding hydraulic, pneumatic, and vacuum systems.
• Experience with hand tools, electrical testing equipment, conduit setup, and Microsoft Office.
  
  

Key Duties: Perform maintenance tasks, troubleshoot electrical and control systems, promote safety and reliability, and assist in system development. The role includes physical work such as conduit bending and component replacement.
