- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations, sinks, and related areas.
- Ensure equipment is clean and functioning; report issues to management.
- Perform light maintenance and custodial tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
- Follow safety, food safety, and sanitation policies.
- Protect company assets and adhere to security protocols.
- Understanding of sanitation procedures and safety protocols, including handling hazardous chemicals.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
- Physical ability to lift, bend, push, pull, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- Use of uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
