- Diagnose and repair customer vehicles efficiently, adhering to industry and company standards.
- Perform repairs based on multi-point inspections and repair orders with accuracy.
- Explain diagnoses and repairs to customers, store managers, and service consultants.
- Recommend necessary services, document all recommendations thoroughly.
- Follow safety procedures and report concerns promptly.
- Maintain ASE certifications and renewals.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; at least 18 years old.
- Preferably one or more unexpired ASE or similar certifications/experience.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, standing for long hours, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working around hazardous materials.
