Buyer - Full Time

Role: Responsible for sourcing and purchasing raw materials, packaging supplies, and MRO items in compliance with company policies.

Key Duties

• Negotiate pricing, discounts, and vendor terms
• Review material requirements via ERP system to maintain optimal inventory levels
• Process purchase orders accurately and thoroughly
• Maintain records of pricing, vendor performance, and relationships
• Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, OSHA, and safety standards
• Participate in vendor reviews and recommend updates to vendor list
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in purchasing, preferably in manufacturing or FDA-regulated environments
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team
• Effective decision-making and prioritization abilities
  
  

Physical Requirements: Talking, hearing, sitting, walking, occasional standing, lifting up to 25 lbs., with vision capabilities.
