Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the agronomy facility, including fertilizer, chemical, seed, and application services.
- Lead, train, coach, and evaluate agronomy employees.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and deliver high-quality service.
- Oversee inventory management, receiving, storage, and distribution for operational efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain equipment, vehicles, and assets.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, DOT, OSHA, EPA, and company policies.
- Support sales, budgeting, and profitability objectives.
- Collaborate with sales staff to recommend agronomic solutions.
- Ensure accurate documentation, billing, and inventory controls.
- Plan seasonal operations, including staffing and logistics.
- Foster a positive team environment emphasizing safety and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer issues and operational challenges promptly.
- Maintain facility appearance and equipment grounds.
- Support company goals and perform additional duties as needed.
