Roshal Health anticipates significant growth over the next two years and is seeking a motivated, positive, experienced Business Development Representative to join our growing Sales team. The BDR position is a full-time, salaried & commissioned, primarily remote position. Our full-time employees are eligible for full benefits (Med/Den/Vis/401K) and PTO.
The Business Development Representative role will be responsible for managing client accounts, fostering relationships, and driving sales of healthcare and Diagnostic Medical Imaging products and services. This is a primarily remote position with residency in this area required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in related field highly preferred
- Proven 2 year track record of success in National sales, within the healthcare and/or Diagnostic Imaging setting and/or other healthcare consulting or staffing industries
- Experience in calling into hospitals, healthcare systems and FSEDs
- Proven ability to thrive in a high-volume outbound prospecting environment with persistent follow-up via phone and email
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales productivity tools. (Ideally Hubspot)
- Must comfortable with occasional travel to client sites, company meetings & industry events
- Knowledge and experience with sales related platforms like Definitive or Apollo preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Speak with clients to gain understanding of their needs, challenges, and goals to provide tailored solutions.
- Set client meetings.
- Identify new business opportunities within the healthcare industry.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with other internal teams such as Marketing and Talent Acquisition.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Have a deep understanding of the healthcare products or services offered by the company.
- Stay informed about industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices.
- Monitor sales metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate progress towards targets.
