Product Knowledge:Have a thorough understanding of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods.Stay informed about daily specials and promotions.Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff to accommodate guest preferences and dietary restrictions. Cleanliness and Organization:Set up and prepare dining areas for service, including cleaning and arranging tables.Maintain cleanliness in work areas, ensuring a neat and welcoming environment.Assist with clearing and resetting tables for the next guests. Team Collaboration:Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate table assignments and guest needs.Contribute to a positive team environment.
