JOB TITLE:
Receptionist/Case Management Assistant
JOB SUMMARY:
This position is the first point of contact for all who call on the phone or come in the front door. They field questions from visitors, staff and clients, answer the phone, data entry, run all basic office equipment and assist the targeted case managers as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, and Excel, be able to multi-task and perform general secretarial duties. Confidentiality is a MUST.
JOB DUTIES:
Duties include answering phones, computer entry, assisting case management department and other general secretarial duties as required.
JOB LOCATION:
