Duties
As a Resident Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Supporting residents in maintaining their personal hygiene and overall well-being.
- Engaging residents in social and recreational activities to promote mental and emotional health.
- Monitoring resident health and reporting any changes to the appropriate staff members.
- Maintaining a clean and safe living environment for all residents.
- Collaborating with team members to implement individualized care plans tailored to each resident’s needs.
Experience
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience in home care, group home settings, or long-term care environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with direct support services and systems related to resident care.
