Qualifications – Room Attendant

• Positive, friendly attitude with a genuine desire to help create a great guest experience.

• Reliable and dependable, with good attendance and reliable transportation.

• Strong attention to detail, noticing small things that make a room feel clean and inviting.

• Ability to work independently and stay motivated throughout the shift.

• Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs, push housekeeping carts, bend, reach, and stand/walk for long periods.

• Willingness to learn cleaning procedures, brand standards, and WHM expectations.

• Good communication skills, especially when working with supervisors and team members.

• Comfortable interacting with guests in a warm and respectful manner.

• Previous housekeeping experience is helpful, but not required—training is provided.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
