Duties
- Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring efficient service and adherence to company standards.
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling processes to guarantee quality and safety compliance.
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling, order processing, and sales tracking.
- Supervise staff training, development, and performance management to foster a motivated and skilled team.
- Control inventory levels, monitor food production, and manage food management procedures to minimize waste and optimize costs.
- Ensure food safety protocols are strictly followed, including sanitation standards and proper food storage practices.
- Handle customer service issues promptly, maintaining a positive environment that encourages guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
- Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food safety management.
- Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience within hospitality or restaurant settings.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling expertise required.
- Knowledge of inventory control, food industry standards, and kitchen management practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to train staff effectively and lead by example.
- Basic math skills for managing budgets, profit & loss analysis, and order calculations.
- Previous experience in managing hospitality teams or supervising culinary operations is highly desirable.
