Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic person (opening and weekends) to join our vibrant team! Duties

• Prepare food items according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring freshness and presentation
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and transactions
• Manage customer orders efficiently, providing excellent service while upselling menu items to enhance sales
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to sanitation and food safety guidelines at all times
• Handle cash register operations, processing cash transactions accurately and giving correct change
• Assist with retail sales transactions when needed, including product recommendations and customer inquiries
• Operate kitchen equipment safely, including grills, fryers, and food prep tools, following proper procedures
• Ensure food handling practices meet health regulations and safety standards for all team members and guests
• Support opening procedures by setting up stations, restocking supplies, and preparing the workspace for service

Skills

• Proven experience in food preparation within quick service or fast food environments
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order entry and payment processing
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
• Knowledge of food safety management, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely while maintaining cleanliness standards
• Basic math skills for cash handling, processing transactions, and inventory counts
• Previous experience in retail sales or café environments is a plus but not required
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and serve customers warmly
