Description: Roseville Area Schools has a vacancy for a long-term substitute special education paraprofessional at Edgerton Elementary School to provide program support to elementary age students in a setting III special education setting. This position works 7 hours per day (8:45 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.) beginning April 15, 2026 and ending June 9, 2026.

Qualifications: Special Education paraprofessionals must possess 60 semester credits or 90 quarter credits of study from an institution of higher education or an AA, AS, AAS (or higher) degree, OR must provide a passing score on the MN ParaPro Test or ParaEducator Assessment. (To take a Parapro Test, visit The ParaPro Assessment or call 1-800-772-9476; to take the ParaEducator Assessment, visit the Bright Works website - test is paid for at the employee's expense.)

Compensation: Starting salary range is $17.95 - $20.25 per hour. Special education paraprofessionals have an opportunity to earn an additional $2.00 per hour after completing online district special education training.
