Rosetta Bakery has seven amazing locations in South Florida, with a one-kind concept! Rosetta Bakery is a place where Nutella meets Bombolones, Brie cheese unites with our famous Filoncino, Almond milk immerses into a Cappuccino, and our heart is filled with love from our customers! Rosetta currently has an opening for both Full-Time for Front of the house team member (Server/Cashier/ Barista) to join our team. We welcome anyone with an amazing customer service experience providing a welcoming environment to all our customers.

Skills necessary to be successful:

• Excellent communication skills, comfortable speaking directly with customers, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Willing to go above and beyond to greet all customers upon entering and leaving the store and answer all their questions with a smile and positive attitude.
• Good memorization skills to memorize menu items and fillings.
• Attention to detail to make sure food display is always stocked and set up to Rosetta Bakery's guidelines.
• Maintains a clean and sanitized work area and follows Rosetta Bakery's internal sanitational guidelines.
• Follow opening or closing store guidelines
• Cashier utilizing POS system, maintaining cash accuracy with receipts
• Works as part of the team with both Front and Back of the house and provides support to other team members in their duties
• Requires to work in a fast-paced environment, and stand for long periods of time.
• Must be willing to adhere to Rosetta Bakery uniform policy
• Additional duties may be assigned from time to time

Schedule:

We currently have openings for both Full-Time and Part-Time positions in both morning and afternoon shifts including weekends.

• Accrual of 40 hours of vacation time upon completion of 1 year, you begin to accrue time on 1 week, can use accrued time upon completion of 180 days of employment with 2 week notice provided.
