Rosetta currently has an opening for Full-Time Front of the house team member (Server/Cashier/ Barista) to join our team. We welcome anyone with an amazing customer service experience providing a welcoming environment to all our customers.
Skills necessary to be successful:
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable speaking directly with customers, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Willing to go above and beyond to greet all customers upon entering and leaving the store and answer all their questions with a smile and positive attitude.
- Good memorization skills to memorize menu items and fillings.
- Attention to detail to make sure food display is always stocked and set up to Rosetta Bakery's guidelines.
- Maintains a clean and sanitized work area and follows Rosetta Bakery's internal sanitational guidelines.
- Follow opening or closing store guidelines
- Cashier utilizing POS system, maintaining cash accuracy with receipts
- Works as part of the team with both Front and Back of the house and provides support to other team members in their duties
- Requires to work in a fast-paced environment, and stand for long periods of time.
- Must be willing to adhere to Rosetta Bakery uniform policy
- Additional duties may be assigned from time to time
Schedule:
We currently have openings for Full-Time positions in both morning and afternoon shifts including weekends.
