What you can expect working with us.
1. Represent clients in all phases of litigation, including court hearings, arbitration proceedings, and mediations.
2.Help develop and implement effective litigation strategies that align with clients' objectives and legal requirements.
3. Perform comprehensive legal research and analysis to prepare the case.
4. Draft, review, and provide various legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
5. Collaborate with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to ensure the timely progression of cases.
6. Maintain open and regular communication with clients to keep them informed about case developments and provide legal advice.
7. Participate in business development activities to expand the firm's client base and enhance its reputation in the legal community.
Job Details
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Experience with a law firm as an attorney, or as a law clerk, or paralegal, working on litigation matters.
3. Active membership in the state bar.
4. Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
7. Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and firm members.
9. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
