Key Responsibilities
Marketing Operations & Asset Management
- Support the organization and maintenance of marketing assets within Rosendin’s digital asset management (DAM) systems
- Assist with asset naming conventions, version control, tagging, and archiving
- Help ensure brand compliance and consistency across marketing materials
- Support intake, tracking, and coordination of creative requests
- Assist designers with production tasks, file preparation, and quality checks
- Support updates to existing marketing collateral, templates, and presentations
- Help manage creative files across formats and platforms
- Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback under guidance
- Assist with project timelines, documentation, and status tracking
- Coordinate with cross-functional partners to gather inputs and approvals
- Support reporting on creative output, workload, and asset usage
- Provide general administrative support to the Marketing & Communications team
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of graphic design principles and file formats
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) preferred
- Comfortable working with digital files, systems, and structured processes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
- Professional communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Hands-on experience in marketing operations and creative workflow management
- Exposure to enterprise-level brand governance and asset management
- Practical experience supporting professional designers and marketers
- Insight into how large organizations scale marketing execution efficiently
