📦 Now Hiring: Part-Time Shipping Clerk
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Shipping Clerk to support our shipping operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys hands-on work combined with data entry and coordination.
🕒 Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 2:30 PM (flexibility available)
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare materials for shipment (counting, boxing, crating, and palletizing)
- Accurately enter job numbers and quantities into internal systems
- Follow shipping schedules and interpret load-out lists
- Generate packing slips, labels, and bills of lading
- Coordinate and communicate with outside carriers in a professional manner
- Operate a forklift (training and certification available)
- Safely lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
🔹 Qualifications:
- 3–6 months of related experience preferred
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret shipment documentation and schedules
- Basic math skills (addition/subtraction across units of measure)
