About the Role:

We're looking for a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations and help ensure the safe, efficient, and high-quality production of our products. In this role, you'll provide servant leadership to production team members while coordinating workflow, supporting employee development, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You'll play a key role in achieving safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals while fostering a positive and accountable work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and support production team members to achieve departmental and plant objectives.
- Coordinate daily production activities to ensure schedules, quality standards, and customer requirements are met.
- Plan and assign work based on production priorities, equipment capacity, and employee skill levels.
- Partner with Production Control and other departments to meet operational goals and resolve production challenges.
Education and/or Experience:
- Relative postsecondary degree and/or experience, preferred.
