Family Law Attorney

Rosenblum Allen Law Firm is seeking an experienced Family Law Litigation Attorney to join our growing Las Vegas practice. We are a fast-paced, high-volume litigation firm handling complex divorce, custody, relocation, and financial matters. We are looking for attorneys who are confident litigators, strong communicators, highly organized, and capable of managing active caseloads with professionalism and urgency.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants to build a strong practice within an established and growing firm environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing family law cases from intake through resolution

• Court appearances, hearings, and trial work

• Drafting motions, pleadings, and legal memoranda

• Conducting discovery and depositions

• Client communication and case strategy

• Working collaboratively with paralegals and support staff

• Accurate and timely billing

Requirements:

• Active Nevada bar license

• Litigation experience required

• Family law experience strongly preferred

• Strong writing, courtroom, and case management skills

• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple active cases

• Professionalism, accountability, and strong work ethic
