Rosenberg & Rosenberg, P.A is seeking a Pre-Litigation/Bodily Injury Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal. The ideal applicants would have 5 years of experience.
Only applicants with Personal Injury litigation experience will be considered.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Paralegal must possess excellent organization, written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Filevine or a similar case management system.
- This candidate must be eager to work with very busy attorneys, be self-motivated, and have a great attitude.
- Ability to handle high volume practice.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Personal Injury
- Complete working knowledge of personal injury pre-litigation and in suit bodily injury trial litigation process.
- Experience preparing demand packages.
- Experience in the filing, handling and preparation of Court filings, pleadings and discovery.
- Experience in preparing a case for trial, including not limited to discovery, expert witness, witness and exhibit disclosures.
- Experience in responding to discovery.
- Experience with handling and obtaining medical records, medical bills, liens, and subrogation.
- Ability to talk with medical providers.
- Ability to communicate with clients.
- Ability to coordinate and schedule on behalf of attorney.
- Five years minimum litigation experience, cases in suit.
- Experience with Filevine program or similar preferred.
- Drafting/composing and typing routine correspondence, reading and routing of incoming mail, taking calls from clients, attorneys, adjusters.
- Excellent organizational skills required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence. Bi-lingual (Spanish) is preferred, however not required.
- Organized, self-motivated, with the ability to work independently with a great attitude.
- Good communication and customer service skills (must be professional and courteous).
- Work Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:45 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with a 1-hour break for lunch.
