The Intake Specialist plays a crucial role in identifying and bringing new clients to our firm and is the first point of contact for potential clients. Recent college grads are encouraged to apply!The Intake Specialist will report directly to the Director of Operations and Lead Intake Specialist. This role MUST be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.Key Responsibilities Foster and maintain client relations through communication and professional conduct.Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients.Conduct intake interviews to gather information and assess case potential.Manage initial case information, track leads, and follow up with potential clients as needed.Support prospective clients by providing general information about the Intake process.Provide additional support to the Intake team and perform additional duties as needed.Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to take on new tasks.Education and ExperienceExperience in customer service role is preferred. Legal experience is a bonus!Associates degree required but Bachelors degree is preferredBilingual fluency in English and Spanish requiredQualificationsAn individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily to perform this job successfully.
