Rosenbaum Realty Group is growing—and we’re looking for a driven, results-focused Business Development Specialist to help us grow our property management portfolio in Tucson, Arizona.
This is role is focused on getting out into the market, building relationships, and bringing in new business.

What You’ll Do
- Actively prospect and generate new property management clients
- Build relationships with real estate investors, agents, and property owners
- Attend networking events and be present in the Tucson market
- Follow up with inbound leads and convert them into signed clients
- Educate potential clients on the value of partnering with Rosenbaum Realty Group
- Track leads, follow-ups, and pipeline activity
- Collaborate with leadership and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with a “go get it” mentality
- Comfortable with in-person meetings, networking, and sales conversations
- Goal-driven and motivated by results
- Real estate knowledge is a plus (license preferred but not required)
- Ability to manage time, pipeline, and follow-ups effectively
Compensation
- Competitive base 55k to 65k performance-based incentives (high earning potential) Uncapped:
