What are the responsibilities and job description for the Spa Coordinator position at Rosen Shingle Creek?
This is a Part Time Spa Concierge/Front Desk position.
- Greet and assist guests and members warmly and professionally.
- Provide information about hotel amenities and services.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries regarding Spa services and offerings.
- Schedule appointments for spa treatments and other services.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy.
- All other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Excellent attention to detail skills.
- Ability to lift to 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. infrequently.
- Must be able to legally work in the USA.
- Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of customer service experience. Proficient computer and technology skills preferred.
