We are a family law firm dedicated to providing compassionate and results-driven legal representation. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Marketing Assistant to help develop and execute a strong marketing strategy, with a focus on social media management, event planning, and digital marketing.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and grow the firm’s presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement
- Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events for referral sources, including webinars, lunch-and-learns, and networking opportunities for professionals
- Develop and help execute a marketing plan to increase brand awareness and client engagement
- Drive sales and distribute resources to potential clients seeking legal consultations
- Aid attorneys with filing legal documents and creating exhibit notebooks
- Provide exceptional customer service for clients while scheduling appointments and signings for them.
- Update inventory with new marketing materials and supplies, distributing as necessary.
- Assist with other marketing and administrative related tasks as needed to help the firm expand its reach.
Who You Are:
- A recent college graduate with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Passionate about social media marketing and brand development
- Organized, creative, and detail-oriented, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using design and scheduling tools (Canva, Buffer, etc.)
- Excited about working in a small firm environment where your work will have a direct impact
