New South American restaurant opening in Williamsburg Brooklyn, under the direction of well-established NYC hospitality group and Executive Chef with experience at some of the best restaurants in the world.

This is a great opportunity for someone who’s passionate about excellence in service, hospitality, and thoughtful leadership. We are looking for a seasoned professional looking to be part of an ambitious and special new restaurant.

What You’ll Do:

Restaurant Opening Duties

• Be integral part of the opening team along with Executive Chef and General Partner
• Establish all systems and protocol for excellence in operations and service
• Establish and coordinate all supplier/vendor relationships
• Hire and train a talented team to execute upon the vision of the restaurant 
• Along with Executive Chef and General Partner execute on all tasks necessary to open a restuarant successfully 

Post Opening Duties

• Continue to hire, train and inspire a team of professionals

• Build a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture

• Create and lead training programs that bring consistency, warmth, and professionalism to every service

• Encourage innovation and ownership at every level

• Oversee daily service and ensure smooth coordination across all departments

• Champion a warm and memorable guest experience rooted in genuine hospitality

• Manage employee benefits and handle related HR inquiries with care and discretion

• Oversee payroll and ensure timely, accurate processing

• Maintain compliance with labor regulations and company policies

• Maintain the integrity of the restaurant’s identity in everything from operations to atmosphere

Salary : $105,000 - $120,000
